My name is Lauren Arber, I’m an age group GB triathlete with aspirations of getting my pro license by 2025 and to compete at the Olympics in 2028. I’ve been racing in triathlon for 2 seasons now, amongst many wins and podiums at UK based triathlons I have qualified for the world championships of varying lengths if races and in my first world championships in November 2022 out in Abu Dhabi I came second.

For the 2023 season ahead, currently I am to compete at the middle and standard distance world championships in Belgium and Spain respectively. As well as this there will be various qualifying races for next years events, relay championships and local events to defend my title.
